Merry Christmas

Sorry it's been awhile! Billy has been on leave for the past 2 1/2 weeks. So we have been trying to squeeze everything into the short time we had left with him. We've gotten family pictures, cut trees down, cleaned, organized, and pretty much worked on the house. This Christmas for us has had a dark cloud hanging over it. We knew Billy was going to be deployed but WHEN was always the question. So this past week has been an emotional roller coaster. He was supposed to leave Sunday, then Monday, then Tuesday, and finally after what felt like a million goodbyes already he left Wednesday. We did have Christmas which started Monday night with Billy reading to us out of Luke. I love hearing the story of our Savior and what his earthly parents went through to get him here. Tuesday morning we all got to open our presents. It was a very nice and peaceful day. Having Billy here made this week fantastic. We our so very blessed. Thank you for your prayers and love!
