Well for the last couple of days we've got nothing but warnings about this big storm coming through. So after the kids got out of school two hours early (with not even a speck of anything out of the sky). I started to think that North Carolina is a bit nutty. In the last month they've closed school several times due to these "Big Storms" and yet nothing happened. So last night just before I went to bed I look out the window to see.....NOTHING. The kids kept asking if we might get snow today. I was starting to feel a little sad for them. They kept getting their hopes up just to have them dashed. So we woke up to a Winter Wonderland. The kids ran around trying to find hats, gloves, "their big" coats and anything warm. They were so excited!!! !

okay, so i'm on my work computer but hey its saturday night and its been a long long week. the only problem with your site is that i can't see the pictures. i guess uncle sam thinks snowballs are dangerous or something.
kids- don't put your eyes out!
Lily was so happy, and I was so shocked that we actually got the snow. Isn't it great how everything just shuts down - it makes me laugh to think of what these people would do if they lived in REAL winter weather :).
